Please download and print our FREE informative 'Guide To A Successful Recycling Fundraiser' and any of our many FREE, easy-to-use, online customizable templates designed to help you and your organization promote your fundraiser. Shipping Instructions: Shipping is FREE! To ship your items to Recycling Fundraiser please print a FREE pre-paid FedEx shipping label from our website and affix it to your box. (You can print a FREE pre-paid FedEx shipping label by visiting www.RecyclingFundraiser.com and clicking on the 'Shipping' menu tab or by going directly to the link at: http://www.RecyclingFundraiser.com/FedEx.aspx
To ensure prompt and accurate processing of your shipment please clearly identify your organization's name, contact name, address and phone number either on the FREE pre-paid online shipping label or a note inserted inside your box. (NOTE: Please keep a copy of your tracking number(s) for your records.) To schedule a pick-up please call FedEx directly at 800-GO-FEDEX / 800-463-3339. NOTE: Pick-up and shipping are always FREE, i.e. there are no minimum quantities required. The return shipping service is to be ground only. Recycling Fundraiser will not cover the costs of premium shipping services such as overnight or 2-3 day service.

Shipping Boxes: Any sturdy box can be used to send items to us. Recycling your empty office supply boxes is a great way to help save money and protect the environment. NOTE: To ensure prompt and accurate processing of your shipment please clearly identify your organization's name, contact name, address and phone number either on the FREE pre-paid online shipping label or a note inserted inside your box.
Accessories other than Batteries: While Recycling Fundraiser will accept accessories, (chargers, cases, earpieces, etc.) we will chargeback the cost of shipping boxes of accessories ($20) and we prefer that you dispose of them locally. Accessories have no value and are bulky and heavy to transport. Shipping this material around the country only contributes to the pollution of our environment. Accessories typically do not contain toxic materials and can generally be disposed of with normal household waste. Some communities have special recycling initiatives in place for this type of material.
Payment Information: Recycling Fundraiser pays for EVERY item (in the categories listed on our price list) no matter what - regardless of whether or not the item(s) work and regardless of whether or not the item's model number is listed on our price list.
- Jewelry - We pay the highest dollar amount for scrap metal jewelry.
- Cell Phones - Up to $300 per used cell phone.
- Ink Jet Pringer Cartridges - Up to $5 per used ink jet.
- Laptops and Netbooks - Up to $350 per used laptop & netbook.
- MP3 Players - Up to $50 per used MP3 player
- Digital Cameras - Up to $10 per used digital camera
- Digital Video Cameras - Up to $25 per used digital video camera
- GPS Devices - Up to $50 per used GPS device.
- Radar Detectors - Up to $50 per used radar detector.
- Kindle & Sony Book Readers - Up to $25 per used Kindle or Sony book reader.
- Jewelry: Recycling Fundraiser pays the highest dollar amount for scrap metal jewelry. (See Recycling Fundraiser Buy Back Price List). When shipping us jewelry please note that not all of the overall weight is recoverable metal weight, i.e. costume jewelry, glass watch faces, leather / plastic watch bands, quartz watch mechanisms, etc. all comprise a portion of the overall weight yet are expensive to demanufacture, separate and dispose of properly. In addition, not all of the metal weight is precious metal weight. For example, platinum 850 is only 85% platinum - the other 15% is made up of inexpensive alloys and perhaps even soldering lead. Recycling Fundraiser does not accept costume jewelry including jewelry composed of base metals, plastic jewelry, etc. Please keep in mind that Recycling Fundraiser pays for items based on the recycled metals value only. Recycling Fundraiser does not pay for gemstones or other non-metal jewelry components and will not return ship them. We pay full price for damaged or broken jewelry.
- Consumer Electronics: Recycling Fundraiser pays up to $350 per working consumer electronics item. Prices on our list reflect working items only. Working electronics are electronics that, when tested by Recycling Fundraiser, power up, possess an undamaged LCD screen, make a test call (if applicable), have working internal components including the charge port and are not cracked or otherwise damaged. Non-working items that appear on our price list will be credited 20% of the corresponding working price. Newer working and non-working electronics not included on our price list will be credited at competitive prices. Consumer electronics prices are subject to change.
- Ink Jet Cartridges: Recycling Fundraiser pays up to $5 for each qualifying ink jet cartridge (See Recycling Fundraiser Buy Back Price List). Recycling Fundraiser accepts ink jet cartridges only. We do not accept laser or toner cartridges. (TIP: If the cartridge is larger than the palm of your hand it is not an ink jet cartridge.) Non-listed working ink jet models will be credited $.10 per cartridge. Ink jet cartridge prices are subject to change.
Payment Terms: Recycling Fundraiser payment terms are 30 days from the date the items are inspected.
Email Addresses: Please set your email inbox to permit receipt of emails from RecyclingFundraiser.com. Recycling Fundraiser uses email as our primary means of communicating with program participants. It is extremely important that program participants provide valid email addresses and update them when they change if they wish to receive shipment confirmations and other program update information.
Privacy Policy: Recycling Fundraiser will not sell or allow an affiliate or third party to use any of the information provided by program participants for the purposes of solicitation.
