Yes, shipping is free, provided you use the prepaid shipping labels available online or that we send you. There is no minimum shipment quantity, but pack your shipment in a sturdy box appropriate for the volume of material involved. Overstuffed or flimsy boxes may break open in transit and too large a container not only increases shipping costs but may also cause damage to the items shipped because they will rattle around while in transit. NOTE: To ensure prompt and accurate processing of your shipment(s) please clearly identify your organization's name, contact name, address and phone number either on the pre-paid shipping label(s) or a note inserted inside your box(es).

1. Box your electronics and jewelry. There is no need to individually wrap each item. We recommend separating 'layers' of items using newspaper and placing any jewelry that was collected in a sealed plastic bag. Please avoid using styrofoam packing materials such as styrofoam 'peanuts'. Styrofoam is a kind of plastic made from oil and will not break down in a landfill. Recycling Fundraiser does not supply shipping boxes. Use any sturdy office boxes your organization may have, e.g. copier paper and other office supply boxes. Reuse reduces waste and saves money.

3. Affix the label to the box and schedule a FREE pickup by contacting FedEx directly at 800-GO-FEDEX / 800-463-3339. NOTE: Please keep a copy of the tracking number(s) for your records. To ensure prompt and accurate processing of your shipment(s) please clearly identify your organization's name, contact name, address and phone number either on the pre-paid shipping label(s) or a note inserted inside your box(es). Recycling Fundraiser does not maintain a record of the online shipping labels you print so unless the boxes are clearly identified we do not know whom they are from.
